Tan-y-fford is a smallholding half a mile east of the village and actually on the B4577. We have a naturist holiday caravan on the farm and a small cottage - attached to the house and designed for a couple. We are in Penuwch, nr Tregaron, in mid-Wales about 14 mins from Cardigan Bay and 13 mins from the central Welsh Mountains. It is a tiny village with a pub (half mile) but no local shops, the nearest real shop being in Tregaron some 6 miles east. The area is purely agricultural, mainly sheep with some dairy farming and, being deep in rural Wales, the local buses run only two or three times a day. It is about 12 miles due south of Aberystwyth (the nearest large town on the coast) and 6 miles west of Tregaron. The site is very quiet and secluded and is best suited to those who prefer a more relaxing holiday
Recent legislation means that we have to designate the whole site as a "NO SMOKING" area. However, we are advised that smoking outside is allowed.

We are now accepting bookings for the 2009 season. ..................... 2009 Season Prices: Apr-Oct (£130) except Jul,Aug,Sept (£150) per week. The cottage is £255 per week at all times or £50 per night for short stay visitors (cheaper than an hotel!) Please Note: This includes a £5 per week surcharge to cover the rising cost of gas and electricity - sorry!
Cost is for complete caravan irrespective of number of occupants - can sleep 6 but own bedding required over 2 occupants. 1400hrs Saturday to 1000hrs Saturday.
The cottage is fully equipped, but we do not provide towels.
